My vertical blinds are out of alignment! How do I get them to hang the right way?

The four blinds in the middle don't hang right. They remain open when the rest of the blinds are closed. What do I need to do?

1. If it's the problem I'm thinking of, you just have to manually adjust the four blinds so that they "click" into position paralell to the other blinds that are hanging properly. It always worked for me. Good luck!
