what type of wall covering and window treatment would you suggest for a Victorian sitting room to give an?

authentic period flavour?

1. lace curtains, or velvet curtains, and a baroque patterned wall paper.
2. I would paint the walls in a rich pink or coral shade. A faux finish might be nice as well. If you really want authentic, perhaps you should go with velvet drapes (a velvet top treatment with tassles and sheer panels would be more practical)
