Window Covering

I need roller blinds that are transparent yet block out UV sun rays and insulate from heat and cold?

I found a company called Insublinds but now they seem to have fallen off the web

  1. maybe they didn't fall of the web, the spider probably got them
  2. Home Depot, Menards and Lowes have window treatments that vary in style, construction and price. Menards has a display in their stores with different shade and blind options. Check it out.
  3. it sounds like you are wanting to keep the view, yet protect your furniture from fading. get in touch with the local glass companies in you area and see if they would be interested in putting film on your windows. it would probably be cheaper, defiantly more effective. Possum
  4. I think Possum may be onto something but if you're still considering blinds try some of these links: http://uk.search.yahoo.com/search?p=Insulating+blinds&ei=UTF-8&fr=ks-ques&x=wrt&meta=vc%3D
  5. Try Sears and I think they will come out and install. My daughter had some in another house she lived in and I am almost certain they came from Sears.
  6. Try www.argos.co.uk have a lot of window blinds and shows you how to measure them too. You can order them on line or order them so the shop keeps you them for two days and you collect from store
  7. We can sell you a type of roller blind which are called Sheerweave. They are made from vinyl and have small perforated holes in them which allow you to see outside and prevent UV rays and insulate too. The transparent shades have mostly been discontinued because of poor quality. If you would like more information or pricing email us at: blinds@primus.ca for colour choices and pricing.
