roller blinds!!!?

how do you clean roller blinds? mine r ready 4 a good scrub,ne ideas?? please?

1. take them out side, spray them down with mean green with bleach and wash it off with the water hose, easy and simple.. i use mean green w/bleach on my yard chairs that gets that grungy color on them. all i do is spay it on, set for about 2 min and spray it off with water, no scrubbing... you can also try greased lightning.
2. i have a roller blind , i take it down use a bowl of warm water with washing up liquid, roll it out on living room floor a gently wipe it down, once it's clean, i roll it back up, put it back up then leave it rolled down for 24 hours to make sure it's dried out & won't go mildewey. I would'nt recommened anything that contains bleach, may take out the colour for any stubborn stains use a hardback sponge.
3. I soak mine in the bathtub with a little soap. I let it sit for 1 hour and then spray the whole thing down well either in the bath or outside with a hose. Sometimes if it is needed I will also use a sponge and wipe each blind down and rinse. I then hang them and let them air dry.
4. I do what Iris R does, but I use biological washing powder. Rinse down with shower and on the washing line unrolled it goes. Do it on a warm sunny day and it will be back at the window in a couple of hours.
