Question about fitting roller blinds...do you need to take the fixing down when you change them or just feed?
through a new blind? I am wanting to swap the blinds in a rental property, but will it be difficult if I have to replace the old ones when I leave? I might be able to just leave the ones I put up there, but the landlord can insist on his ones being there. Will I be able to take down the fixing while I put mine in on a new fixing, and then replace the original one? Or can I just feed a new blind through the original fixing while it is up? Sorry if this sounds stupid..

- Easy really - just push blind into the one end and it will pop out of the fixing. Pop your own in and store LL's in the loft - and change them back at the end of your tenancy - simples:)
- It depends if the wall brackets that are there allreasy will match the fixings on the end of your replacement blinds. Look carefully at the end of your new roller blinds, better still if you have those brackets that would have come with the blinds you intend tp fit, well match it against the one on the wall, you will then be able to match them properly. There is a good chance they should match as these fixings are possibly standardised, but do check first. Hope thats been a little help to you.
