Window Covering

I'm looking for exterior window shutters that attach to the window & they open like old jollicy type windows?

I think they are made of vinyl and they are covering the window at all times. You can close them for a storm or open during day for sunlite

1. Check at a vinyl products distributor because they are a specialty product and most likely would require special order.
