How to remove internal window shutters?

My house had installed wooden window shutters that appear to be attached with small tacks and glue. How can I remove these myself?

1. Run a thin scraper behind the hinge and pry gently, use a screwdriver to pry out the tacks or diagonal pliers to grab the heads of the tacks. You may have to cut the bond of the glue after the tacks are out.
