Window Covering

If I order made to order Bali blinds from Home Depot and I don't like them for some reason, can I return them? Thinking about getting Bali faux wood vertical blinds. They are on sale and the quality looks pretty good but colors are hard to tell about before they are up. Haven't done it yet. Any suggestions?
